Applications:

This machine is ideal for the cooking, plasticizing, mixing, and sheeting of rubber.

Structural Features:

It consists of rollers, a frame, a gland, transmission device, electric nip regulating device, lubricator, roller temperature regulator, and a braking device. The main motor drives the reducer, and the coupling rotates the two rollers. Their speed and speed ratio are adjustable depending on the process requirements.
